Job summary
The Regional Activation Manager will report to the Manager, Regional Marketing. This role is expected to provide day-to-day tactical marketing support and serve as the feet on the street to drive revenue and growth in the MA/CT/RI market.Responsibilities
- Creative custom digital printed assets for centrally regionaly led marketing programs to fit local market needs including but not limited to; email blasts social media posts stories printed posters flyers swag etc. ,
- Eseure that any centrally regionaly led promotions productstrain launches are fully executed at the store level including but not limited sto displays instock products signage employee swag employee education. ,
- Responsible for ensuring the regional budget is up-to-date expenses recorded in a timely manner.,Focus on execution of Marketing initiatives RISE Regularly work maintain excellent relationships with Local Store leadership Teams.,Provide Marketing initiative event recaps identify areas opportunity constructive feedback recommendations improvement growth..Establish strong relationships communication channels customers external partners cross-functional team members Must be available nights weekends flexibility willingness non-traditional hours required.,Ensure flawless execution operates high professionalism integrity dealing confidential information Strong communication skills written verbal organization planning project management skills Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Canva travel inside outside Market times may exceed 50 include overnights.
