Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing auto business.

As a member of the team, you'll work closely with our senior leadership and other team members to implement new data pipelines, expand our growing data infrastructure, and lead the development of new on-site capabilities across multiple domains.

Your Day-to-Day

Reporting to the Manager of Web Development, the Senior Software Engineer will:Help build, maintain and grow the HomeSolutions digital portfolio and be a technical lead on the development teamIntegrate with 3rd party APIs, write new custom plugins, themes and web services to help streamline development team efforts and create scalable and easily manageable solutions for our businessPartner with business teams to troubleshoot, replicate production issues, and implement fixesMonitor sites and applications and proactively optimize and bugfixProvide technical leadership to a team of - 3 Mid to Sr- level.

offshore WP developersEnsure quality code and solutions are delivered by development squads by helping to architect scalable best-practice solutions, selecting and testing plugins, ensuring quality code commenting and documentation processes are followed AND completing code reviews prior to QA and UAT testing.

Have a strong interest in learning and continuously developing skills in new technologiesAbout You

5+ years of experience with full stack web developmentBest practices in API and data model design and developmentExpertise with MVC frameworks, and working knowledge of Laravel, NextJS, ReactJS, Python is a plusAWS, Cloudways, Pantheon DevOps experienceProfessional experience with WordPress 6.
