The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with assigned site executives and their staff at our Chattanooga, TN, Orange County, CA, and Austin, TX sites to provide both strategic and tactical support.Responsibilities
- Work closely with site leadership and employees to improve work relationships , inspire engagement , increase productivity
- Analyze trends metrics in partnership leaders develop solutions programs policies
