    Registered Respiratory Therapist Opportunity – Spirit Lake, Iowa
    Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

    A patient-focused healthcare organization in Spirit Lake, Iowa is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a permanent, full-time role.

    • MEDITECH electronic medical record system
    Shift Details

    • 5 shifts per week
    • 8-hour day shifts
    Compensation & Incentives

    • Salary range: $58,240 – $87,360 annually (based on experience)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide respiratory care treatments and therapies to patients of all ages
    • Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and airway support
    • Respond to respiratory emergencies and rapid response situations
    • Perform diagnostic testing such as ABGs and pulmonary function support
    • Accurately document patient care in MEDITECH
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
    • Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
    • Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
    Requirements

    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (Required)
    • BLS Certification (Required)
    • ACLS Certification (Required)
    • PALS Certification (Required)
    • NRP Certification (Required)
    • Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (Required)
