- Present financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables. Examples include market plans, process improvements, management practices, trend analysis, portfolio optimization recommendations, and business unit communications.
- Manage, clean, and analyze disparate data sources to identify key trends and insights to assist portfolio planning team. Create data visualizations to present information to client team in a clear and concise manner.
- Create and support ongoing maintenance of dashboards and supporting data sources.
- Assist in development and completion of strategic real estate plans by working with cross-functional real estate teams; serve as conduit between teams to ensure smooth communication and information sharing.
- Conduct and present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients. Provide preliminary recommendations.
- Review and document cost saves from regional and national initiatives.
- Manage the budgeting process for client capital and operating expenses. Provide efficient and reliable service to clients.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward terms.
- MBA, Master's degree or equivalent experience, or Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with analytics software such as Tableau, R, and SQL preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
