    Weare seeking a Senior Consultant to join our automation team and work with ourclients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Consultant, you will beresponsible for leading project workstreams, analyzing data and information,and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team ofconsultants to deliver solutions that address client needs.


    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in Manufacturing, with a strong track record of project managementand data analysis.

    You should be knowledgeable in at least one area ofAutomation consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization ortechnology.

    Responsibilities& tasks for this role:
    Leadproject workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline

    Analyzedata and information, and make recommendations to clients

    Collaboratewith other members of the automation team to develop solutions thataddress client needs

    Developand maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trustedadvisor to clients

    As aSenior Consultant you will start establishing yourself in Roboyoconsulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leadingproject workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for ourclients.

    Youwill be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle.

    Leadprojects independently, or work as a part of a team on larger programs.

    Responsiblefor managing client relationships, and be the primary point of contact forall project-related activities.


    Youshould be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients,and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, includingproject teams, subject matter experts, and business users.


    Youshould also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emergingtechnologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients andinternal teams.

    Testingand reviewing new functionalities and application possibilities of theCelonis EMS & UiPath Process Mining.

    Requirements

    Must-have qualifications &competencies

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing

    You have hands-on experience with Celonis and/orUiPath Process Mining

    Strong track record of project management and dataanalysis

    Knowledgeable in at least one area of AutomationConsulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to think strategically and creatively

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with anadvanced degree preferred.

    Availability to travel.
