    Full-Time Position in Patient-Centered Healthcare Team

    Join a patient-centered and empathetic healthcare team as an ACNP in the Hospitalist department near SAINT PAUL, IN. This full-time opportunity offers a Night Shift position in a dynamic healthcare environment, equipped with brand new Smart Rooms compatible with EPIC, contributing to the facility's recognition in the annual Most Wired awards.

    Position Details:
    • Position Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position, providing stability and support.
    • Team Composition: Work alongside a collaborative team of 19 physicians and 4 APPs, supported by dedicated nursing and administrative staff.
    • Shift Schedule: Engage in a Night Shift schedule of 7 nights on and 14 nights off, providing a balanced and consistent work structure.
    • Patient Admissions: Oversee hospital census and admit approximately 10-12 patients per shift, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
    • Trauma Center Designation: Be part of a Level 3 Trauma Center, contributing to the provision of critical care services.
    • Primary Stroke Center: Contribute to a Primary Stroke Center, participating in the management of acute stroke cases.
    • Regional Referral Hospital: Join a 231-bed regional referral hospital, serving a diverse and extensive patient population.
    • Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Be part of an Opened ICU, participating in critical care and medical interventions.
    • EPIC Smart Rooms: Utilize state-of-the-art EPIC Smart Rooms for enhanced patient care coordination.
    • Academic Involvement: Collaborate with Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on-site, contributing to educational initiatives.
    • Modern Facility: Join a hospital newly built in 2008, equipped with advanced infrastructure and technologies.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Graduation from a qualified ACNP program.
    • Experience: Open to both practicing ACNPs and newly trained graduates.
    • Licensure: Possess an Indiana Medical License for seamless practice.
    • Certifications: Maintain BLS/ACLS certifications to ensure patient safety.
    Schedule Details:
    • 7 on / 14 off, Monday - Sunday.
    • 12-hour shifts during the Night Shift.
