- Maintains exterior areas (parking lot, fuel dispensers, etc.)
- Cleans and stocks all indoor areas and fixtures (fountain soda area, beverage and beer coolers, restrooms, etc.)
- Cleans equipment, inside and outside windows, and stock rooms
- Completes light maintenance work as needed (changing light bulbs, minor fixes to equipment, etc.)
- Empties inside and outside trash cans
- All other duties as assigned

- Friendly, patient and honest
- Ability to perform maintenance work without restrictions
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- High School Graduate or equivalent
