    HVAC Superintendent

    Commercial Construction

    Kansas City, MO/KS

    Responsibilities

    • OVERSEE THE INSTALLATION OF COMMERICAL HVAC PROJECTS : Sheet Metal and/or Piping
    • Direct and manager field labor and proactively develop a safe and positive work environment
    • Ensures proper execution of project specifications
    • Communicates with Project Manager & Field Operations Manager about required manpower to meet job schedule
    • Attends weekly safety, quality, planning, coordination, CAD, and other job meetings
    • Develops and maintains a good relationship with General Contractors
    • Involved maintaining project budget

    Requirements

    • MUST HAVE previous supervision experience over the installation of commercial HVAC projects
    • Past Experience MUST be with a contractor that self performs HVAC installation.
    • Ability to oversee a group of sheet metal installers over 4-10 active projects
