    Northern Basement Systems, a leader in the waterproofing, crawlspace and foundation repair industry, is seeking a positive, energetic individual to join its team.

    The role of the Customer Care Representative is to schedule sales appointments for our sales people, handle many tasks at once (phones, computer, internal customers, maps, scheduling, calendars.) We need a team player, willing to support our current staff with changing daily duties.

    Job duties:

    • Proactively represent our company primarily through telephone contact by answering calls, setting sales appointments, targeting inactive accounts to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Keep customer records and database current
    • Provide customers with a remarkable experience
    • Provide necessary information to enter company resources
    • Performs administrative duties
    • All other duties as necessary

    Pay:
    -$18-$20 per hour plus booker bonus program


    Schedule:
    -8 hour shift

    • Monday through Friday
    • Overtime
