    The Stand - Assistant Kitchen Manager
    Are you passionate about food and ready for a new challenge? Do you have experience in Assistant Kitchen Management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Stand as an Assistant Kitchen Manager
    The Stand is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas


    Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
    Train and mentor kitchen team members
    Manage food purchasing and budgets
    Ensure consistency and portioning of all food products
    Monitor upkeep, repair, and maintenance of kitchen equipment

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    Assistant Kitchen Manager Required Skills:
    Run multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
    Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
    Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
    Clean and maintain stations by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
    Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
    Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions
    Full-time
    Five days a week, including weekends and holidays, approximately 40-45 hours per week
