Job DescriptionInsight Globals client is looking to hire a Product Support Analyst to join their product support team. For this position, you will be engaging heavily with internal team members and customers on various application support items.
There are also several current projects that you will be responsible for providing application support on, in addition to performing basic security and master data configuration setup.
It is important to note that this position requires consistent logging and tracking of inquiries using an incident/request/problem management database.
Individuals that have extensive experience within an application support role with knowledge of AWS and services around AWS will excel within this role.

Skills and Requirements
Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex data systems and integrations
Experience writing SQL queries
Experience reading/debugging code Experience debugging or modifying code (.NET / typescript / python) or database procedures
Experience in event based and API integration
Experience with AWS Technologies (Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, AWS X-Ray)
Experience with Neo4J Graph Databases and Cypher queries
Familiarity with data integration tools such as Denodo, Alteryx, Matillion
Experience with monitoring tools and effective alerting practices (SPLUNK, Automic, LogicMonitor, or others)ion null
