    Job DescriptionIn this compelling leadership position, you will plan and direct the work of a unit whose team design and implement components of technological structures, create solutions with a process-driven view, and maintain and/or update existing structures.

    In this role, you will coordinate business unit operational activities through the support of your team.

    The Cloud Security - Architecture - Senior Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Determine diverse and complex customer group needs by applying understanding of important strategic issues to the function/initiative.

    Plan and direct the work of multiple teams in translating functional requirements into technical solutions to meet needs.
    Oversee existing structures, as well as the implementation and ongoing monitoring of governance for their use according to requirements.

    Direct modeling, analysis, and planning to drive functional strategy execution or define the approach toward complex or unusual business problems.

    Desired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferredManaging and leading a team of security architects that support the business portfolios, and providing coaching, feedback and driving accountabilityDeveloping and implementing strategies for the business portfolios and key initiativesDriving and advising on enterprise-wide problems and architectures, by developing secure solution designs with recommendations and industry best practicesEffectively communicates with senior leaders and stakeholders, and has the ability to know the audience and gauge the level of technical depth needed in the discussionAbility to work autonomously, dive into issues, influence others, and identify problems and recommendations, and make decisionsSubject matter expert within cloud technologies, specifically AWS, and various cyber security domains such as network security, data security, identity and access management, etcEstablishing relationships with the business stakeholders and leadership to understand strategy and opine on threats/business needs tradeoffsSupport the development of reference architectures, blueprints, patterns, etc.

    Leads enterprise initiatives such Zero Trust and Internet Server AccessWell-adverse in the Agile Safe framework and understands how to applyAssisting with the development of policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and best practicesPerforms security assessments and threat models on technologies, assets, and servicesSkilled in cyber security capabilities such as network security, data security and monitoring logging productsTools
    Experience using JIRA and Confluence

    Experience using VMWare
    Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
    Skilled in Ping Identity
