    Location: HYBRID / Phoenix, AZ (2 days in office)

    Duration: 6 month contract (The anticipated timeframe for completion spans over 6 months, but it could be shorter. This role could potentially lead to a permanent full-time role upon successful project delivery).

    Start Date: ASAP

    Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

    Pay: $55-$60/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our client's marketing efforts. Our client is gearing up to unveil a premium membership program designed specifically for small and medium-sized business owners. This initiative is poised to equip them with a range of exclusive enterprise-grade perks and services typically out of reach. The Marketing Director will lead our client's internal team in crafting a holistic online platform tailored to small businesses. The focus will be on bolstering brand recognition and cultivating lasting customer connections, fostering repeat purchases and unwavering brand loyalty.

    Job Description:

    • Proficiency in crafting and implementing holistic Brand and Customer Journey strategies that seamlessly align with overarching business objectives.
    • Capable of establishing lucid objectives, pinpointing target audiences, and devising the most efficient tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Demonstrates keen business acumen and a deep understanding of the wider business landscape, encompassing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and the nuances of target markets.
    • Possesses a robust grasp of diverse digital marketing channels, methodologies, and tools.
    • While not mandatory to be a developer, possessing a fundamental understanding of web development, HTML, CSS, and related technical aspects can offer valuable insights for website optimization and comprehension of digital marketing technologies.
    • Exhibits strong leadership prowess, including effective communication, adept delegation, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Boasts a proven track record of strategically acquiring and retaining customers, coupled with the knack for enhancing customer lifetime value through precision-targeted marketing initiatives.
    • Brings hands-on experience in the successful launch and expansion of new products or services, facilitating market penetration and fostering revenue growth.
    • Proficient in leveraging data analysis to evaluate the efficacy of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and making informed, data-driven decisions to optimize overall performance.

    Requirements:

    • Senior level of Marketing experience - Director level preferred.
    • Experience working in the B2B space.
    • Experience working to help build out a brand from beginning to end (examples will be requested).
    • Experience creating a customer journey through digital email marketing, UX design and platforms.
