    Opportunities in Pueblo, CO – Relocation BonusCompensation:
    $125,000 annual salary with $15,000 bonus 

    Bonus Structure:

    Relocation Bonus:

    Supportive, caring management that will have your backMedical for full-time, dental, vision and supplemental benefits available for everyone1:1 patient ratio; where you make a difference in our patients care with flexible assignments to fit your needsContinuing education benefits and discounted courses through Colorado Christian University and Rasmussen UniversityAs a Home Health Occupational Therapist, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injuryWork as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, COTA and SLP, focused on the patient's plan of care and personal goals Assess patient, observe deficits, establish therapy goals and document progressAssist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordinationSuggest adaptive equipment such as grab bars and shower chairs to offer added supportAssess fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safetyEducate patient and family on plan of care, exercises, goals and self-careA few must-haves for

    Home Health Occupational Therapists:

    Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in ColoradoIn the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist that is relevant to the patient population assigned preferred.
