    Candidates will be responsible for managing a pre-existing book of clients and all customer related needs associated with those clients:

    Managing, tracking and implementing/entering all customer correspondence, transactions, orders and finish goods into the companies internal YMS (yard management system)

    Customer order entry and accuracy will be crucial to the team in this role

    Add customer needs and internal inventory accurately into SAP system to ensure accurate future customer orders

    Handle daily assessments of what was done and what needs to get done at the start of the shift

    Constant phone and email communication with carriers and customers to ensure things are running on time

    Responsible for handling BOL's from drivers/customers upon arrival and directing them to where they will go next

    Strong communication skills to work with warehouse team, external site partner and transportation carriers

    Systems utilized include (Oracle Transportation Management, Post Goods Issued in SAP, MIGO of inbound purchase orders, and warehouse team load assignments) - not required but very common in the industry and highly prefere previous experience

    After several months, this person will cross train to assist with people on the quality team. By no means will it be "scientific" but candidates must be able to be open minded here.

    Shift: schedule is 1 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm)
