    Job Summary:

    Works with members of the healthcare team to provide safe and effective drug therapy, utilizing expertise as a pharmacist to serve as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Demonstrates compassion and professionalism while providing advocacy for excellent care delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.
    • Serve as a valuable resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs, as well as to patients.
    • Utilize expertise to provide accurate and timely information regarding medications and treatments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PhD) in pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
    • Current pharmacist license from the state of practice.
    • Two or more years of clinical experience, with a PGY-1 residency preferred.
