- MD License
- Must have 2 years experience coming from an Inpatient Rehab facility, skilled nursing facility exp not accepted
- Must have NEURO experience
- BLS
- Highly preferred to have experience with Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, amputation/transplant/oncology, and/ or Stroke experience
- COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Religious declinations are not accepted
- Inpatient OT needed for a mixture of SCI, BI, CVA, and amputation/transplant/oncology units
