    Our client is looking for an HR Consultant to join their team for a contract engagement. The HR Consultant will bekeyin shaping their HR strategy and infrastructure to support their growth trajectory.

    Working closely with the President, this HR Consultant will leverage their expertise to optimize HR processes, implement technology solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    This role requires a proactive and assertive communicator who can pivot effectively in a dynamic environment and provide strategic guidance on HR matters.

    Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / TwinCities basedcandidate.


    Roles & Responsibilities:


    Partner with the President and executive leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.


    Provide expert guidance on building HR infrastructure for a small, growing organization, including the development of policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.

    Identify process optimization and innovation opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and drive business results.

    Leverage HR technology platforms to build and streamline HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

    Implement data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and enhance the employee experience.

    Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and trends, evaluate their potential impact on our organization, and recommend strategic investments.


    Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR compliance matters, staying current on relevant laws and regulations and providing guidance on best practices.

    Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures that support a positive work environment while mitigating risk.

    Address employee relations issues and conflicts tactfully and diplomatically, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    Proven experience as a strategic HR consultant, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization.

    Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms and their application to optimize HR processes and drive innovation.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate assertively and diplomatically with leadership.

    Demonstrated ability to navigate complex HR compliance issues and provide practical solutions.

    Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving impactful HR initiatives.
