Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC and electrical technicians, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely response to customer requests.
Receive and manage incoming service calls, inquiries, and emergencies, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
Dispatch technicians to job sites, providing clear instructions and relevant information to facilitate smooth and effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and work orders in the dispatch system/database.
Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, technician arrival times, and any changes or delays in service.
Monitor technician progress and job statuses, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during service appointments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory management, to coordinate service activities and ensure seamless operations.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns, striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Valid driver's license
Self-motivated, and must haveleadership qualities
Must be authorized to work in the US.
