    Shifts: Day Shift: $17.00 per hour; Night Shift: $20.50 per hour
    Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, 15 days per month
    Experience: No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidates
    Description:
    Local Factory in Gooding, Idaho, is currently seeking motivated individuals to fill various positions within their dynamic team. Client offers competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment where dedication and hard work are recognized and rewarded.
    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Cheese Packager: Responsible for packaging cheese products according to quality standards and production requirements.
    • Powder Blend Operator: Operate machinery to blend powdered ingredients according to specified recipes and procedures.
    • Maintenance Planner: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
    • Box Maker: Construct packaging boxes according to specifications and production needs.
    • Whey Packager: Package whey products efficiently and accurately, following safety and quality guidelines.
    • Whey Cleaner: Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity.
    • Freeze Dryer Sampler: Collect samples from freeze-dried products for quality control and testing purposes.
    • Sterile Filter Operator: Key duties include collecting and delivering samples, monitoring equipment for proper operation, making adjustments, and filling, palletizing, and storing finished product
    • Warehouse Sampler: Collect samples from warehouse inventory for quality assurance checks and testing.
