    Main Purpose of the Role:


    This is an DSO IT analyst role for the Replenishment Planning (RP), a substream within the Forecast To Schedule Process (integrated supply chain planning) as defined.

    This role has the accountability of production support for the RP solution including solution issue resolution in order to support the business, batch issue resolution, continuous improvements, leveraging IT knowledge of SAP IBP RP as well as integration, data, analytics.


    Core Level-3 FTS RP Processes covered:

    • Load and Maintain Replenishment Planning Data
    • Perform Deployment Optimization
    • Perform Load Consolidation
    • Maintain, Measure & Monitor Replenishment Plan
    • Cross Functional Integration

    Accountabilities :

    • Act as the Replenishment Planning IT subject matter expert for the solutions being delivered within the end to end FTS process
    • Resolve production support incidents, including issue investigation, identifying breakfix, testing, production implementation and post migration validation of the breakfix.
    • Drive and support the lead for RP continuous improvements
    • Provide support to the lead in improving DSO KPIs pertinent to Replenishment Planning including batch SLAs.
    • Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions within FTS – example integrated process with Supply Planning
    • Perform Quarterly IBP Upgrade regression testing, explore and adopt enhancements that are value-add to the business
    • Understand and follow the DSO process

    Years of experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required
    • 5+ years of experience configuring, deploying and production support of SAP IBP with a focus on Replenishment Planning
    • 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred

    Mandatory Tech Skills:

    • IT Expertise in Replenishment Planning submodule of SAP IBP for CPG industry, ideally foods, snacks and beverage business
    • Experience in Replenishment Planning solution with Integrated Supply Chain Planning background
    • Familiarity with data integration via SAP CI DS
    • Understanding of master data needed for Replenishment Planning
    • Familiarity or exposure to business and technical processes of Replenishment Planning, supply planning, demand planning and Inventory Optimization processes
    • Experience with Supply Chain Planning for large projects and programs

    Mandatory Non Tech Skills:

    • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
    • Prior experience in working matrix organization and handling multiple stakeholders would be added advantage
    • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn
    • IT leadership experience with Replenishment Planning projects
    • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: ServiceNow, SAP Charm, SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project
    • Solves highly complex problems within their work team
    • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
    • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
    • Consulting background a plus
    • Experience in cross functional roles preferred
