    • Assist patients with personal care activities as per care plan
    • Maintain a safe environment for patients
    • Practice Universal Infection Control Precautions
    • Help with home maintenance activities like light housekeeping
    • Monitor and record vital signs and changes in patients' conditions
    • Ensure safe transfer, ambulation, and positioning techniques
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team as needed
    • Respect patient confidentiality and autonomy
    • Document care provided in a timely manner
    • Comply with laws, regulations, and agency policies
    • Manage caseload efficiently
    • Meet or exceed service standards
    • Conduct all activities ethically and professionally
    • Participate in ongoing in-services
    • Ensure punctual attendance
