    This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus


    As a Therapist, you will:

    • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychosocial services for patients of PrairieCare
    • Provide a comprehensive range of services to patients and families
    • Seek to enhance the functioning of patients
    • Provide individual and family therapy
    • Coordinate care with outpatient providers upon admission and discharge
    • Consult with other clinic providers and provide a unique perspective in the areas of family systems and/or social work theory
    • Provide coverage for other therapists as needed
    • Potentially supervise Master's level family therapy, counseling or social work interns (based on qualifications)

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree
    • Current license in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Experience working with Perinatal Mental Health
    • In good standing with the professional board
    • Oriented and educated in gender, culture and age appropriate care
    • Experience in intensive psychiatric and addiction healthcare settings preferred
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in written and verbal form
    • Computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
