Job Description:
Havel is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Indianapolis office to support customers, field personnel, operations, and managers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt of parts for the service divisionPrepare and management daily shipment, logistics and call trucking companies for pickups.

Negotiate shipping prices with trucking companies.
Manage all returns and call vendors along with negotiating return cost and restocking fees.
Oversee fleet management including tracking maintenance and coordinate with main office.

Handle all UPS and Fed Ex delivery and shippingOrder stock, manage inventory, reconcile tools, track tool repairs, and check out toolsProvide customer service for all HVAC Service OTCReconcile monthly credit cardQualifications:3-5 years of shipping and receiving experienceKnowledge of HVAC parts and tools is a plusExcellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skillsHave the ability to handle a variety of situations and identify priorities
