    Description

    As a supervisor for a skilled production labor team, you'll coordinate work schedules, aid in employee selection, provide feedback on performance, ensure adherence to work rules, and contribute to a positive work environment. Safety, productivity, and quality management will be central, with opportunities to suggest improvements. Your input will be valued in driving efficiency and excellence within the department.

    Hours: Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee department workforce.
    • Maintain a safe work environment aiming for zero work-related injuries. Follow all safety procedures.
    • Manufacture according to Romac's system, meet productivity goals, understand Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing.
    • Coach, train, and develop personnel.
    • Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of shop floor experience at Romac as Assistant Supervisor or Lead or 4+ years of outside workplace experience
    • Ability to lead, coach, and delegate
    • Strong communication, typing, math, and computer skills
    • Possess or can obtain CPR and Industrial First Aid certificate
    • At least a limited blueprint reading ability

    Compensation: $35.05-$52.60 per hour (+ $1 Swing Shift Differential)
