Job Summary:

The IA Pgm Support Provide advisory and assistance support to the ACC mission in operating, equipping, maintaining, and modernizing the USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).

Shall accomplish studies, risk calculations, and analysis to improve capability development for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and promote interchange of information on tasks, capabilities, financial, deficiencies, and technology applications This position provides test and evaluation expertise to the division in its role as requirements sponsor during test planning and execution activities for the AF DCGS and its subsystems.

Essential Functions:

• Represent division priorities and positions related to AF DCGS WS and its subsystems during test and evaluation forums and working groups related to their capabilities and initiatives.
• Observe on-going test events and provide feedback to division leadership when requested.
• Analyze test results and advise division leaders relevant to their role as requirements sponsor.
• Advocate priority and criticality of system discrepancies discovered during test and evaluation.
• Participate as the A52D division representative in integrated test team constructs and all test meetings where A52D has a role.
• Perform all documentation entries required by A52D in test problem report tracking processes. If required, attain, and maintain an active account on requisite automated tracking databases or systems.
• Coordinate and represent requirements clarifications required to ensure suitable testing.
• Lead the review, commenting, editing, and coordination of all AF DCGS WS test planning documents on behalf of the division and prepare all related outgoing correspondence for Government release.
• Advise, and support division leadership and requirements sponsor in relation to responsibilities stated in applicable DoD, Joint, and Air Force regulations governing test and evaluation.
• Lead the review, and coordination of annual ACC Operational Test Support Requests.
• Manage/Track Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation TMT tasker coordination workflow for ACC/A52D with 95% on-time suspense compliance.
• Attend in-person Development Test (DT) events as assigned by the Test Team Lead (normally 1 per quarter).
• Provide an after-action summary report to the Test Team Lead after every DT event.
• Manage AF DCGS Weapon System Test event scheduling for the WS Team.
• Attend 80% of AF DCGS Weapon System Team Staff Meetings.
• Present a monthly accomplishments report to the Test Team lead.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Active TS/SCI government security clearance. 7 years' experience
• Three (3) years' experience within the past six (6) years supporting system testing of AF DCGS WS is required for this task.

Education:

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree and 15 years' experience Position Requirements Position
