- Manageable case load
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
- Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
- Establish a relationship with the client to assess interests and motivators to effectively implement the behavior plan.
- Accurately collect unbiased behavior data during sessions.
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
- Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support the clients needs.
- Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
- ? High diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree in a human services area preferred).
- ? Being comfortable working with children.
- ? Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
- ? Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- ? Strong communication skills for speaking with clients families and writing session notes.
- ? Confident interpersonal skills for interactions with the clients families.
- ? Complete company provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam (within 90-days after hire).
- ? Reliable transportation (valid drivers license preferred).
- ? 1 year of experience working with children is preferred but not required.
