- Full Range of Family Medicine (no OB)
- Patient Contact hours 36 per week
- Flexible scheduling with extended hours
- Monday - Friday
- No Saturday Clinic
- Clinic Hours
- Call Shared with Pool and After-Hours Nurse Triage
- Weekend 1:14
- Weekday providers cover own patients until 5 pm
- Epic EHR

- Strong 24/7 hospitalist support
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
