    Job Location: Palm Bay, FL (Relocation assistance available)

    Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Electronic Hardware Engineer in Palm Bay, FL. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating electronic equipment for high-performance digital hardware systems. You will be responsible for various design activities, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead design activities for new/existing products with a focus on FPGA or Processor and high-speed interfaces.
    • Apply electrical engineering principles to drive design, development, and documentation activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
    • Analyze environmental conditions to ensure design robustness.
    • Work on conceptual designs and trade studies to support business goals.
    • Provide technical expertise to solve complex problems and support project success.
    • Interact with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment.
    • Develop strong relationships with Engineering Managers and Program Leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
    • 6+ years of experience in circuit card design processes.
    • Proficiency in operating electronics laboratory equipment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience leading teams in designing Digital CCAs.
    • Familiarity with signal integrity analysis tools.
    • Proficiency with Mentor Graphics Xpedition tool suite.
    • Knowledge of high-speed serial protocols and memory interfaces.
    • Ability to navigate conflicts and drive team consensus.
    • Experience in firmware/software integration and lab activities.
    • Skills in testing and qualifying deliverable systems.
