    **Summary:**

    This HR Generalist/HRBP role focuses on HR Operations, leading and supporting the implementation of technology, data, and analytics solutions to enhance teammate experience and business growth. The HRBP plays a crucial role in supporting compensation, benefits, and compliance activities for the business.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive operational efficiency by participating in or leading automation and other business process review projects.
    • Support HR and leader decision-making by developing and administering people analytics.
    • Serve as a point of contact to management and operate as a trusted business partner by providing cross-functional HR guidance, counsel, data/analytics, and problem solutions within the HR Operations function.
    • Champion change and help position the company for success with effective communications and empowered employees, thus driving self-service and manager self-service resources and technology adoption.
    • Provide tools and training resources for various teammate technology and benefits programs.
    • Support internal/external surveys and data requests; support assessment of data; collect feedback formally and informally, and address issues in a meaningful and constructive way.
    • Administer personnel records maintenance and compliance, and process requests for data, such as personnel records subpoenas.
    • Support HR and employee-relations activities and programs, including but not limited to teammate meetings, interpretation of policies, new employee benefits orientation, and employee recognition programs.
    • Identify, implement, and maintain programs and/or approaches (tools) to improve the overall Cacique Teammate experience.
    • Support the administration and communication of company-wide human resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
    • Partner with external vendors, brokers, benefits carriers, and legal counsel to support HR Operations function.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
    • Understand the organization's value proposition and employee experience mindset and can articulate fundamentals of the business.
    • Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
    • Experience in all HR concentration areas such as HRIS, benefits; compensation; employment law; employee relations; leave administration; occupational health, safety, and security; Learning & Development/LMS.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities, projects, workflows, and to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of teams and committees.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office; ADP WorkForceNow/e-Time; familiarity with ATS and LMS systems also required.

    Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
