    JOB DESCRIPTION

    ABOUT THE FIRM:

Sepio Capital, LP ("Sepio") is a multifamily office and institutional investment advisor registered with the SEC. At Sepio, our mission is to protect our clients' assets, fortify their legacies, and guard what matters most to them. We accomplish this first and foremost by having a deep understanding of their goals and aspirations. We then employ our extensive resources and decades of investment experience to help our clients accomplish their goals. Our clients' trust and loyalty is our greatest ambition and the reward for our labor.

    ABOUT THE POSITION:

Sepio is seeking an experienced and driven Wealth Strategist to enhance Sepio's client acquisition and retention efforts by contributing sophisticated advice related to estate and wealth transfer planning, income tax planning, and philanthropic planning.

As Sepio's Wealth Strategist, your role will be crucial in helping our clients better understand their existing estate plans and identifying opportunities and next steps in fulfilling their planning goals. While you will not provide legal advice, you will work directly with our existing clients to educate them about estate planning concepts and strategies after evaluating their documents and assets. You will identify any gaps or risks that would prevent clients from achieving their goals and provide valuable insights about the available estate planning options and relevant considerations that clients face.

This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in new business development as well as ongoing client relationship management. The Wealth Strategist will be a valuable member of the firm, providing education, insight, and guidance on estate planning matters both to prospective and current clients and team members.

Successful candidates will have significant experience with complex estate and tax planning structures relevant to ultra-high net worth individuals and a depth of expertise which enables them to clearly communicate to others how such structures operate and will impact the client's lived experience. They will be comfortable educating advisors and operational staff at Sepio to improve the overall level of estate planning literacy within the firm and will be able to readily provide guidance to Sepio's affiliate Trust Company employees on advanced trust administration matters.

Sepio values individuals who are passionate about their work and their professional development, committed to providing service at the highest level, and eager for a dynamic, challenging work opportunity. If you are looking for a position that will provide a unique path for growth and development, we encourage you to apply for this role.
