Job summary
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As an on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's policies and procedures.Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of operations including personnel, leasing maintenance financial administration & risk management.
- Serve as emergency team lead for the property ensuring proper response handling emergencies within company guidelines.
