    Responsibilities
    • Assist IP litigation attorneys with preparing pleadings, discovery, and court filings.
    • Manage electronic filings in Federal and Appeals Courts.
    • Prepare and file post-grant patent proceedings and trademark proceedings.
    • Support filings with the International Trade Commission for unfair import investigations.
    • Prioritize assignments and prepare sensitive correspondence and reports.
    • Draft routine and non-routine correspondence and legal documents.
    • Conduct PACER searches, calendar litigation dates, and maintain attorney calendars.
    • Provide trial support, including creating Table of Authorities, preparing deposition summaries, and maintaining litigation binders.
    • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy.
    • Answer and screen phone calls, and greet and screen visitors.
    • Organize and maintain well-structured files and client documents.
    • Prepare billing records and enter attorney time.
    • Perform general office duties such as document distribution and assembly.
    • Maintain confidentiality and foster positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
    Qualifications
    • At least 7 years of prior work experience as a litigation legal secretary.
    • College degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Proven experience with litigation work in Federal Courts.
    • Experience with PTAB, TTAB, and ITC matters is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook, as well as electronic court filing software.
    • Advanced computer skills, including word processing, redlining, and footnotes.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
