12-hour night shifts, rotating as needed based on unit requirements.

Job Description

Join a dedicated team in the ICU unit with a focus on critical care. The ICU nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care for patients with life-threatening conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing comprehensive nursing care.
• Titrate medications and assist with various procedures including intubation and cardioversion.
• Manage ventilators and perform critical care interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in ICU specialty.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS certification is needed prior to start.
• Experience with EPIC documentation system within the past 2 years is mandatory.
