- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales plans and strategies

Role Description
Baytech Recovery is looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to be contracted in our Hayward, CA office as well as to work remotely. As a Business Development Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include researching and identifying potential clients, outreach, managing accounts and developing new business opportunities, and managing project timelines.
