Job summary
The Small Builders Association (SBA) is looking for an Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of events including member mixers training workshops roundtables expos and public-private partnership forums.We are seeking a highly organized proactive and people-oriented individual to ensure smooth logistics and high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and execute SBA events ensuring smooth logistics
- Develop maintain event timelines task lists vendor schedules work closely with marketing communications team promote events across all channels coordinate venue booking catering AV on-site logistics support speaker guest communications registration setup follow-ups collaborate internal departments partners align events with SBA mission maintain calendar post-event surveys reporting
