    Schedule:
    40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM (8 or 12-hour shifts based on department needs), with every other weekend rotation

    Highlights:
    Charge Nurse role overseeing 24-chair outpatient chronic dialysis unit and 8-station acute coverage
    Blend of chronic outpatient and acute inpatient dialysis experience
    Fresenius 2008T machine platform with Epic charting system
    Flexible shift lengths (8 or 12 hours) based on day/evening department needs
    Float opportunities across multiple dialysis locations within the organization
    Occasional Sunday coverage for holiday rotation

    Requirements:
    Active New York RN license required prior to submission
    Minimum 1 year of dialysis nursing experience
    Charge Nurse or Team Leader experience required
    Chronic outpatient and acute inpatient dialysis experience required
    Epic charting system experience required
    BLS certification current and in good standing
    Proficiency in AV fistula and AV graft cannulation
    Experience with tunneled and non-tunneled catheter management
    Competency in managing dialysis-related complications and emergencies
    Ability to administer blood and blood products
    Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
    No more than 10 days of requested time off during assignment
