Rapid Restore is more than just a roofing company. We are a customer experience company that's dedicated to bringing the absolute best products and services to our customers as well as becoming the best version of ourselves in the workplace and at home. Our company core values shape the way Rapid Restore operates and delivers an exceptional, world-class customer experience.

    CORE VALUES

    1) We Take Ownership. We have an owner's mindset and make decisions as if it was our own personal business. We never say, "That's not my job," but rather drive outcomes all the way to the finish line. We act on behalf of the entire company and think beyond just ourselves by helping to solve problems permanently so they stay fixed rather than passing them down the line.

    2) We Do The Right Thing, Always. We place the utmost importance on maintaining our integrity as individuals and as a company by being honest and accountable in everything we do. We demonstrate an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing in every action we take and every decision we make, especially when no one is looking. We always tell the truth, no matter the consequences. Honest mistakes are welcomed and viewed as opportunities to improve.

    3) We Succeed Through Teamwork With A Smile. We understand that in order to be successful we must rely on each other. Teamwork is defined in our organization as an unshakeable trust in knowing that each piece of the puzzle will do its part. Whether we are the corner, end or middle jigsaw piece, we are all equally important in completing our mission. We work together with urgency, enthusiasm, a good attitude and respect for one another.

    4) We Operate With A "Whatever-It-Takes" Mentality. Well be creative, tenacious, enthusiastic and unconventional in achieving the outcomes we have committed to. We swallow our pride and we do not care what we look like during the process. We throw away "the box" and challenge ourselves to think creatively outside of it. Ultimately, we do not settle for mediocrity and do whatever it takes to get the job done. "The show must go on".

    5) We Deliver The Best Customer Experience. We have a high bar for the experience our customers deserve and we operate with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to continuously improve and execute that experience. We understand that our efforts should be directed toward creating a stress-free, compassionate and economically affordable experience for our customers from start to finish. We're impeccable with our word and operate with a "do-what-we-say" attitude.
