Job summary
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) for the EAMS Courts Modernization project.This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder communication for a large,
complex public-sector IT modernization initiative.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery to DIR stakeholders
- Manage all phases of the full lifecycle implementation,
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ,budgets,and work plans
- Lead risk,issue,and dependency management,ensuring proactive mitigation
