- Reconcile customer expectations with EEI's mission statement to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
- Make outbound calls a day and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain an insurable driving record to enable smooth transportation for customer visits and meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and maintain a consistent influx of incoming work.
- Establish and nurture customer contacts, focusing on building lasting relationships.
- Conduct a targeted number of meetings with new customers to showcase EEI's value proposition and generate leads.
- Acquire new customers and expand EEI's customer base to drive revenue growth and market presence.
- Contribute to the organization's growth by achieving set targets for the value of closed orders.
- Monitor and improve the project management retention rate at six months to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
