- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Onsite work required.
- Strong statistical analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Minitab, DOE, and Process Capability.
- Experience with Process Validation IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV.
- Knowledge of risk management ISO 14971, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Arrange machines within plant facilities for efficient production.
- Develop sequence of operations and specific procedures for fabrication.
- Adapt machine design to factory and production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
- Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
- Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
