    Description


    The Cost Analyst will provide onsite cost estimating and analysis, earned value management, and cost related acquisition support for the U.S.

    Navy.
    Responsibilities

    The Cost Analyst will be responsible for:
    Developing cost estimates and models and performing cost and business case analysis
    Performing Earned Value Management analysis to assess project performance
    Evaluating vendor proposals and ensuring contracting language is DFAR/FAR compliant
    Develop presentations and present findings to senior decision makers
    Skills Required


    Required:
    Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance and willingness to work 95-100% of the time onsite in classified environment
    Bachelor's Degree in field involving extensive quantitative analysis (STEM, Business, Data Science)
    4-15 years' professional experience performing quantitative analysis
    Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
    Experience in Microsoft Excel and Office Products

    Preferred:
    Current Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
    Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Estimating/Analysis (CCE/A) Certification
    Experience developing cost estimates and models and performing cost and business case analysis
    Experience performing Earned Value Management
    Experience working with Department of Defense Acquisition Programs and familiarity with Defense/Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR/FAR)
    Education

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
