- Set-up Hermle, Matsuura and Mikron 5 axis machines capable of multiple jobs running together, prove out programs, program trouble shooting and debugging.
- Operate and control process on all products produced on all machine shop equipment for high mix low volume dynamic.
- Responsible for executing production plan according to manufacturing schedule and work instructions.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to manufacturing and automation process.
- Responsible for controlling quality of product according to Inspection Plan and maintaining quality records.
- Maintains and performs daily preventive machine maintenance and supplies all machine related needs.
- Trouble shoot and solve minor to complex problems and issues. Conduct major root cause analysis.
- Establish pallet quantities required for each job for best automation output.
- Responsible for completing all other related or unrelated assigned tasks or duties from management.
