Responsibilities
- SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE ALL PERFORMANCE-BASED GOALS SET BY SPA LEADERSHIP AND THE COMPANY ON A CONSISTENT BASISMembership Conversion Booking Efficiency Call Conversion and Gift Card SalesSuccessfully lead the front desk team to exceed all sales and performance goalsProvide an exceptional experience to all guests and valued members as measured by our Service Level Standard scoresOversee manage daily operations of the front deskAssist General Manager in managing the daily operations of the businessTrain monitor and coach teams including in-the-moment coachingAssist in recruiting onboarding and training all new hires at the front deskMaintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services enhancementsPassionately promote sales promotions eventsUphold spa cleanliness standardsPerform administrative functions in conjunction with the General Manager including sales reporting register operations cash handling etcThe GMIT has a varied schedule including weekend daytime evening hours flexible availability is preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including nights weekends some holidaysAble to occasionally travel for training conferences or other business-related activities Excellent verbal written communication skillsFast learner with positive attitudeComputer proficiency including MS Office Google Docs/Sheets knowledge of Zenoti or similar appointment systems is plusStrong team player ability to work independentlyExceptional organizational skills attention detail multitaskingCritical thinking skills customer conflict resolutionWe can't wait meet you
