Job Opportunity: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (Contract)

Location: Hollister, California

Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant and its affiliates are proud to partner with school districts in Hollister, California, to provide essential services to students in need. We are currently hiring for a contract position for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
