- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive hourly pay rate between $41 and $45, dependent on references and experience.
