- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development and trend research to sketching, fabric selection and creation, and sample development. Oversee the creation of cohesive collections that reflect the brand's aesthetic and meet market demands and within target price goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development. Encourage a collaborative and innovative work environment that inspires creativity and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to anticipate emerging trends and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable design strategies that keep the brand ahead of the curve.

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field textile minor is a plus
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on contemporary womenswear
- Proven track record of success in a design leadership role, with experience leading design teams and developing commercially successful sales
- Strong ability to present your ideas: presentation skills are refined and excellent
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate trends into innovative design concepts
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
