Acloché is currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Review Specialist to join their team with a local Hilliard client.

The ideal candidate will need to have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for ensuring quality and accuracy in all processes. As a Quality Review Specialist, your role will involve reviewing and analyzing various aspects of operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. It is important to note that this position is not remote and will require the candidate to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze data, pictures, documents, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify and report on trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data or processes.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Prepare and present reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
