    THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT WILL REQUIRE ONE DAY A WEEK IN OUR AUSTIN OFFICE

    As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the AP function, ensuring the proper application of US GAAP to business transactions, overseeing the financial close process, and conducting balance sheet account reconciliations. You will also interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits. We are looking for someone who has excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment to support our continued success. This role demands an accomplished team player, adept at managing relationships, collaborating, and influencing across a variety of organizational functions

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in leading the AP/Expenses month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, maintaining detailed general ledger (GL) schedules for accruals, and reviewing reconciliation of key accounts (Corporate Credit Cards, Third Party Expense Accounts, etc.)
    • Assist in oversight of the accounts payable process for North America, as well as related expense reporting processes. Leveraging AP processing tools and financial reporting systems accordingly.
    • Manage accurate and timely AP and Expenses close processes for both month-end and year-end.
    • Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis reporting related to AP, Expenses, and fielding questions from other business lines (mainly Finance).
    • Support the annual audit process through preparation of Prepaid Schedules, AP Aging schedules, providing supporting documents as requested by the auditors and addressing any questions.
    • Assist in documentation and oversight of standard operating procedures.
    • Support team training initiatives and the handling of non-routine AP reporting transactions.
    • Stay informed on industry trends to enable effective planning.
    • Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
    Requirements & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years' experience in a Senior AP role with a proven track record of increased responsibilities and scope.
    • Extensive experience working in NetSuite or similar large accounting systems and expense tools such as , Expensify, etc. Tipalti preferred.
    • Very hands-on but also passionate about finding and building better ways to do things.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
    • Self-confident team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity.     We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities - Anticipated Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually USD
