- Assists with self-administration of medication,
- Document and observe client's medication regimen
- Ensures accurate documentation of medication orders
- Observe clients, charting and reporting changes in clients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment
- When required, measures and records clients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Works as part of a health care team to assess client needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions
- Is responsible for assessing new admits for medical necessity and developing a detox treatment plan, based on physician's order, when required
- Facilitates Health and Wellness groups and documents client's participation
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Hiring is contingent upon a background check, a clean UDS, a TB test, and clearance on an employment physical.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred before employment.
- Health Insurance covers eligible employees at 90% and dependents at 20%
- Dental Insurance: The company will cover 80% of eligible employee's premium
- Vision Insurance: The company will cover 100% of eligible employee's premium
- 401K Retirement Plan after one year of employment working at least 1000 hours
- Annual reviews with potential pay increases
